The PRE*G, PRE*GL and PRE*GH are proportional pressure relief valves, pilot operated, with integrated electronics and for subplate mounting. They are used to modulate the pressure of the hydraulic circuit and allow the use of the entire flow of the pump, even with pressure values near the set value. They are fitted with a pressure relief valve. The calibration is performed within the Duplomatic Company at the value of ≥ 15% of the maximum pressure value in the adjustment range. They are available in three sizes for flow rates up to 500 l/min and in four pressure regulation ranges up to 350 bar.
The valves are available with different types of on-board electronics for open loop:
The G version is our standard electronics with analogue interface with current or voltage reference signal with connection 6 pin + PE. The GL version comes with compact box with Io-Link, Can-Open or analog interface and 5 pin M12 connection. The GH version has interface for fieldbus communication type EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, PowerLink with 11 pin M12 connection.
